Neighbor Help Program

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.” 1 Peter 4:10 (ESV)

Kevin occasionally sets aside time to help a local neighbor or family with a genuine tech need — especially those who may not be able to afford a regular visit right now.

This program is Kevin’s way of giving back to the community. The goal is simple: offer patient, practical tech help so someone feels more connected, more confident, and less stuck.

Who This May Be For

This is meant for people with a real need, not for proving hardship or filling out a bunch of paperwork.

Seniors on a tight budget who need help with an important device, account, or home tech issue.

Families trying to help a parent or grandparent stay connected, safe, and independent.

Someone dealing with a basic but meaningful tech barrier, especially around communication, access, or safety.

A Few Important Notes

Requests are reviewed personally and scheduled when time and capacity allow. Not every request can be accommodated, but every one is read with care.

Priority goes to people with a genuine need, a practical home-tech issue, and limited ability to pay.

Visits are limited to the normal local service area and are intended for personal or household tech help, not business IT work.

Most Neighbor Help visits are limited to one visit per household and do not include ongoing free support.

If It Is Not the Right Fit

If a request isn't the best fit for the Neighbor Help Program, Kevin may still be able to help through a regular paid visit or a quick phone conversation about the easiest next step.

The goal is to keep this neighbor-help program kind, sustainable, and focused on people who could truly benefit from it.

Request Neighbor Help

Share a little about the situation and Kevin will review it personally. This is not a guarantee, but it is the best way to be considered for Neighbor Help.

Submitting this form does not guarantee scheduling. Kevin reviews requests personally and will follow up if the situation seems like a good fit.
